Schiaparelli born in Rome spent most of her life and career in Paris
France. Her outrageous designs and bold use of color established her in
the forefront of the bijoux couture establishment. She designed in
addition to jewelry, clothing, hats, and perfume. Her trademark
color was "Shocking Pink" Her jewels are highly
fashionable today, some 50 years later as demonstrated by her pioneering
designs.

Amazing Faux pearl and rhinestone grape leaf demi parure. The gold
tone plating is accented with blue aurora borealis stones and various hues
of copper, cream, rose colored faux pearls.
Some wear to the plating on earrings such that the silver tone metal is
visible, however it polishes beautifully.
