 Payment Method Accepted Ordering: We take Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Payments are also accepted through Paypal. However, when using a credit card the preferred method is direct contact with us. All credit card payments will be verified and shipped only to the address of record. Payment must be made in U.S. fund only; International orders shall have an accurate description of contents listed on label and all import or duty taxes shall be the responsibility of the buyer. Payment made via personal checks will have a 10 day holding period prior to shipping. Payment is due within 7 days of ordering. Orders will be confirmed within 24 hours Monday through Friday and charges to credit cards will be posted the day of shipping. 
Shipping: Orders will be shipped insured using a private service for the amount of the purchase price. Items will be shipped with all stones intact. Should a stone dislodge during shipping it will be enclosed in the tissue wrapping. (This does happen on occasion.) Simply reset the stone using proper jewelry cement only. For U.S. shipments; Priority Shipping is the standard method with delivery confirmation. Returns: Return authorization must be obtain prior to any acceptance of product returns. Requests must be made within 3 days of receipt. A email will be sent to you with a return authorization number to be included with the returned product. All return products must be mail insured with delivery confirmation. Items must be returned in their original state with no tags removed. Merchandise with any removed security tags will not be honored . No items will be credited for damage caused by application of testing acids, attempts to clean product; distortion, breakage, loss of stones or other parts. (If returning loose stones-all stones must be included) All items must be returned within 10 days of return authorization. We cannot accept late returns, partial returns of sets or combinations or combination-priced jewelry lots. No refunds will be made on insurance or shipping fees. All original Price tags Must BE IN PLACE. Privacy: None of the information gather for order processing, mailing lists, or wish lists shall be shared with any other entity. All information is held in the strict confidence and all correspondence will be sent to the original address of origin unless specified otherwise. About Our Jewelry We are Vintage Jewelry Collect.. Condition Terms: Mint: New in quality in the original box or with the original tags. Excellent: Fine Quality with no missing stones, little signs of wear such as light wear to metal finishes, stones or plating. Good: Light wear; one or less stones "off" color but not distracting from original state. Fair: Noticeable wear, missing stones or needs repair. Poor: Should be purchased for parts only...
