Red is a hard color to locate in vintage jewelry. The rhinestones were more difficult to produce due to the raw material needed to make the color. Herewith is a lovely vintage Japanned red rhinestone brooch.The stylized design almost appears to be a bird in flight! The brooch measures nearly 3″ long x approx. 1 7/8″ across with matching circ-shape rhinestone encrusted clip earrings. This is another set from the famous Three Sisters Collection that 12 lucky dealers purchased together. None of the pieces were worn. In excellent condition. A fantastic treasure! Marked Pell
