Absolutely stunning fall colored rhinestone brooch vintage Delizza & Elster or Juliana brooch. The brooch features a large center stone measuring an 1″ in diameter. The gorgeous Vitrail center stone measures nearly an inch in diameter. Brooch has hook to use also as a pendant.
